  • How far in advance should I book uplighting?

    As soon as your date and venue are confirmed. Some clients book up to three years out, and we recommend booking wedding services at least six months ahead.

  • How much does wedding uplighting cost?

    Pricing depends on the size of the room, the number of fixtures and any effects you add. Send us your venue and date, and we'll put together a clear quote.

  • Can I rent uplighting without a DJ?

    Yes. Uplighting can be booked on its own or added to any DJ, MC or photo booth package.

  • Can the lighting change during the event?

    Yes. We can shift colors for each part of the night, such as dinner, the first dance and open dancing, and time the changes to the music.

  • Do you handle setup and breakdown?

    Yes. Our setup team transports, places and tests every fixture before guests arrive, then breaks everything down after the event. Empower Event Group is fully licensed and insured, and we'll send your venue a certificate of insurance if it needs one.
